Damilano Group has 26 profiling lines available for special profiles, the roll forming machines are distributed over 14,000 covered square meters and transform about 1,000 tons of raw material per month with thicknesses ranging from 0.4 to 6 mm
and a max. coils widths of 850 mm. To better satisfy a wider range of customers, since a few years, Damilano Group has developed profiling lines for the continous welding of special profiles. An increasingly wider range of solutions to guarantee a complete service.
Our 26 profiling lines allow us to process different ferrous and non-ferrous materials, for example: black and pickled, galvanized, pre-painted, plasticized, stainless steel ( 430 – 304 – 316), aluminum, copper, brass, corten, magnelis or any customer’s choice.
